Express Delivery within 3 Hours for orders with a minimum purchase of 3,000 THB — delivery fee only 199 THB.
(For orders below 3,000 THB, delivery fee is 249 THB.)
Applicable for orders that are fully paid between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

itcity.in.th offers 3-hour express delivery service every day, with no holidays (Bangkok area only — excluding Nong Chok, Khlong Sam Wa, Bang Khun Thian districts, and areas that are inaccessible. Selected products only.)

Service Area

Bangkok only. Excludes Nong Chok, Khlong Sam Wa, and Bang Khun Thian districts, as well as any areas that are inaccessible.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

Customers must complete their order and payment for eligible 3-hour express delivery items via itcity.in.th between 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM.
(Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for 3-hour express delivery orders.)

Our staff will contact the customer to confirm the order and arrange a delivery time before dispatching.

The total weight of the ordered items must not exceed 5 kilograms.

If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the customer not being available to receive the package and the item is returned, a 199 THB redelivery fee will be charged if the customer requests a second delivery.

Delivery staff do not provide services such as carrying items upstairs, assembly, disassembly, unpacking, or inspecting components inside the package.

Once the customer receives a shipping confirmation from IT City Online, the product will be delivered to the address specified during the checkout process only.
Address changes are not permitted once the item is in transit via a third-party courier.

IT City reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

All terms and conditions are as determined by the company.

Note:
Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as heavy traffic, political events, or natural disasters. However, the company will do its best to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
